We are opening our restaurants under the new government guide lines.

Things may look a little different, but we will still be looking after you in the special way.

Making a reservation
You can book your reservation through our website. Please note our maximum table size at this time is 6 people and available between 12.00pm – 2.00pm lunch & 5.30pm to 11.00pm for dinner. Please make sure you book your table in advance.

Government contact tracing requirements
For purpose of contact tracing, customers will be obliged to complete a short questionnaire provided by Everest or use your NHS app.

Social and physical distancing measures
You will notice that we have a one way system in some areas of the restaurant. This is to avoid congestion and adhere to the 1 metre rule. Please keep your distance of 1 metre to our staff and other diners. If you are unwell, we advise you to stay at home to protect yourself and others.

Cleanliness and hygiene standards 
We have increased the frequency of cleaning with disinfectant. We would ask you to use the hand sanitising gel provided by Everest before you’re seated.
